Before you write

• Order not started yet? Check the start window on the service page. Most delays resolve inside it.
• Count dropped? If the service had a refill, tell us the reference and we top it up. If it did not, it was sold as delivered.
• Paid but the page still says awaiting payment? Reload once. If it persists after five minutes, send the M-Pesa confirmation message.
