Terms of service

Applies to every order placed on this site. Last revised September 2026.

1. Who you are dealing with

Orders are sold by Brivo SMM ("we", "us") of Nairobi, Kenya. Payments are collected on our behalf by Paystack. Delivery is performed by a third-party provider we contract with; we remain your point of contact and are responsible to you for the order.

2. What you are buying

You are buying the delivery of a stated quantity of a social media metric (followers, likes, views and similar) to a link you supply, at the speed and with the refill terms shown on the service page at the time of purchase. Figures for start time and speed are the provider's typical performance, not guarantees.

3. Your responsibilities

• The link must be correct, public and remain public until delivery is complete. Orders to private, deleted, restricted or wrong links are not refundable.
• Do not run overlapping orders for the same metric on the same link, from us or anyone else, while an order is active. We cannot separate the counts and will treat the order as delivered.
• You are responsible for compliance with the terms of the platform you are buying for. Most platforms prohibit purchased engagement. You accept that risk, including the possibility of the platform removing the delivered engagement or acting against the account.
• You must be at least 18 or have a guardian's permission.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Kenyan shillings and include all payment fees. Prices change with the exchange rate and provider rates; the price shown when you pay is the price that applies. Payment is due in full before an order is placed with the provider. We do not store card or M-Pesa details.

5. Delivery, refills and refunds

Our refund and refill policy forms part of these terms. In short: undelivered quantity is refunded; delivered quantity is not; drops are refilled only on services sold with a refill.

6. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before the provider begins delivery. Only services marked cancellable qualify. Contact us with the reference. Once delivery has started the order cannot be stopped.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for actions taken by the social platform, for indirect or consequential loss or for delays caused by the provider or the platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
